We started in 2016 doing tenant build-outs for local retailers around Tampa Bay. The work that came next came the old-fashioned way: we hit the schedule, we hit the number, and the calls kept coming.
That reputation grew FinReit into a full-service contractor: ground-up commercial construction, tenant build-outs, renovations, and a residential arm handling custom homes, investor projects, and remodels. We keep our own crews for the scopes that matter most, so quality never rides on a subcontractor we've never met.
The idea hasn't changed since day one: one team owns the outcome, from the first estimate to the final walk-through, and puts its name on the result.
